With over 25 years in the restaurant and hotel industry, Kiki has held various roles, starting from dishwasher, certified sommelier, restaurant/hotel manager, and restaurateur, to a restaurant consultant. Her commitment to guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and efficiency is at the core of her work. As a restaurant consultant, Kiki has streamlined both physical spaces and operational systems to enhance profitability and efficiency. Embracing the principles of "Kaizen" (continuous improvement), she has now transitioned into a professional organizer. Kiki understands that clients may feel embarrassed about their situations, but there’s no need for shame. She enjoys tackling challenges of any size and finds joy in helping clients succeed.
