ON-SITE

We conduct a thorough walkthrough of your space and provide organizing solutions.

On-Site procedures:

Discussion: your issues and goals
Evaluation of areas of interest: clutter, space usage, functionality, design layout, and needs/wants
Solutions: organizing tips and product recommendations.

$195 — Per room or space
$295 — Homes up to 2500 sq ft
$395 — Homes > 2500 sq ft

SHOPPING

Organizing tools, like containers, help keep your space tidy. With so many options available, we find and shop products tailored to your needs, style, and budget.

Shopping procedures:

Assess the situation
Search for the options
Present you the options
Purchase the products for you
Ship the products to you

$120/hr - 4 hour minimum
It covers: consultation, research, travel, shop and return.
Product costs and travel fees will be added.
Shipping costs, if any, will be added to the fee.
Assemble the item is an option.

Home & Office Organization

HOME ORGANIZATION

No project is too small for us! We specialize in helping you declutter, establish an effective organizing system, and provide you with tips to maintain your organization with ease.

Home Organizing: closets, kitchen, home office, living room, dining room, bedroom, storage room, garage

Paper Management: files, papers, bills, memorabilia

Downsizing Assistance: declutter (easier with support), downsizing, and pre/post-move management

Holiday & Special Event Help: help prep your events (holidays and parties), run errands, set up decorations, clean up, and just about anything else you need. $120/hr, 4 hours minimum, travel fees will be added (the first 30 min is free and $1/min afterward).
Personal Services: personal shopping (groceries, dry cleaning, prescriptions, holiday shopping, and other errands around town), supervising home cleaning, repairs, and installations instead of waiting between 8 am 12 pm. $120/hr, 4 hours minimum, travel fees will be added (the first 30 min is free and $1/min afterward).

ROUTINE CHECKUP

Clients can book occasional check-ups to stay organized, available every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. $110/hr, 4 hours minimal, and travel fees will be added.

Tired of cluttered desks and shelves? Organized offices, whether at home or in a commercial setting, boost efficiency and productivity. Implementing systems for paperwork and emails can help you manage your workload more effectively.

Packing & Unpacking

Make Your Moving Easy & Smoothly

PRE-MOVE DECLUTTER

Decluttering and clearing out your old house before packing ensures that you only move what you truly need. This essential process saves you time, money, and headaches during your move.

$110/hr - 4 hour minimal
Travel fees will be added (the first 30 min is free and $1/min afterward).

PACKING

We don’t just toss items into boxes like typical movers. Instead, we help you pack your home’s contents (except for large furniture) safely and orderly, labeling everything for the movers. Our goal is to make your moving process smooth and stress-free!

$110/hr - 4 hour minimum
Travel fees will be added (the first 30 min is free and $1/min afterward).
The cost of boxes and packing supplies will be an additional fee separate from our hourly rate.

UNPACKING

Unpacking is an excellent opportunity to organize your space. We help you unpack and establish a system that provides a designated home for every item, making it easy to maintain.

$110/hr - 4 hour minimum
Travel fees will be added (the first 30 min is free and $1/min afterward).
Unpack boxes and put away items in organized manners
Help you declutter if needed
Dispose of all discarded packing materials after unpacking in your designated area. We do not haul away trash but can contact a trash removal company on your behalf (fees not included in our rate)
Bring the donation items to a Goodwill nearby (fees not included in our rate).
